Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your size, and add the item to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout — you will be redirected to our secure Shopify payment page to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our Shopify checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at contact@thevyim.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in processing.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your purchase. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and fees vary by destination. All details are available at checkout before you confirm your order.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout. Please note that international orders may experience slight delays due to customs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package in real time.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us at contact@thevyim.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return label if applicable.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes. If your size is available, we are happy to exchange it. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchange shipping fees may apply.

How do I find my size?

Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Our pieces are designed for a relaxed, intentional fit. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

How should I care for my GRATITUDE pieces?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not iron directly on any printed or embroidered areas.

Yes. Every GRATITUDE piece is produced with intention — ethical sourcing, responsible manufacturing, and a commitment to quality that lasts. We believe in doing things right from the start.

La Fondation Gratitude is our own humanitarian foundation. It is not a partnership — it is our commitment. 50% of our profits are reinvested into the foundation to support children and vulnerable communities through access to food, clean water, education, and dignity.
