Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

1. Email us at contact@thevyim.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
